Happy Coffee Day ♥

It's finally cooling off in RL where I live which makes me want to wear cozy things in SL. Bueno released this awesome sweater dress for this round of Uber. It comes in solids and patterns and I love the style.

Speaking of Bueno, they've also released On The Go gacha items like this bag and coffee cups just in time for National Coffee Day! They can be found at Kustom9.

Essences has released Natasja skin for the Catwa mesh head at the Cosmopolitan event. I LOVE this skin. So gorgeous and the hud is easy to use with a lip gloss included. Nice! ♥

The hair is a previous release from Truth Hair, of course. And the cross necklace is from Mandala, also a release from several years ago. These are Triumph eyes, the newest ones from IKON. All landmarks can be found below!

Ex's and Oh's - New stuff ♥

Where to begin.... so much goodness. I'll start with this hair, which I love. It's Ximena from Truth Hair and I was so happy when I opened it and plopped it on my new mesh head. (More about that in a little bit) I had received this awesome Lost Innocent skirt from Reverie,  and I wanted a little bit of a boho look and I feel like this hair helps do that. LOVE IT. I found the top from Tetra at Kustom9 to complete the look. Accessorized with these earrings I found in the back of my inventory from Gossamer Jewelry.

The most exciting thing, for me, is the release of this mesh head, Jessica, from Catwa. I have tried at least 10 mesh heads over the last several months and had resigned myself to not wearing one. I didn't really mind because I love Joonie's face and I wasn't finding one that felt like "me" enough.

Let the angels sing... I finally found one that looks like something I might actually create myself. One of the things I love about this mesh head is you can edit the length of the head. It's amazing the different looks you can achieve with just that minor adjustment.

Also, the hud is very easy to use. It comes with several eye opening settings - Open wide (the one I'm wearing), slightly closed, closed, and wink and 3 mouth settings. There's a separate hairbase hud with tons of colors (I'm assuming they match the Catwa hair colors but works reasonably well with my Truth hair obsession) and I didn't have to make any adjustments for the head to fit onto my Maitreya Lara body. Oh and the lashes! There are 3 options for thickness and length and there's an option to remove bottom, top, or both lashes. I think the lashes show off these new Triump eyes from IKON! I'm sure there's more I'm missing. Oh... and an emoticon hud with lots of different facial expressions.

Lastly, there's a new Neva sim opened today - Saint Pete City - where these shots were taken. As with any of the Neva sims, they are little works of art so you will want to check it out.
